India Care Desk operates exclusively as a non-clinical support service.
We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or second opinions. All medical decisions remain solely between the member and the treating healthcare professionals.
Our services are limited to administrative, logistical, and coordination support, including assistance with healthcare access, appointment organisation, hospital navigation, and emergency contact coordination.
This clear separation ensures independence, neutrality, and respect for clinical autonomy at all times.
